CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact  hello@needlestories.co.uk with your order number and wait 72 hours for a response.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes, you have to cover postage for a return. Needle Stories will cover postage if the item is faulty, however, this is subject to our returns policy that you can find here Return & Exchanges

DO WE PAY FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES?  

Needle Stories is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY OR INCORRECT?
